Zcash serves three different purposes on Free2Z. Choose the guide for what you want to do.

Before using your wallet
Check the destination, amount, network fee, and memo. A credit purchase requires the memo displayed in Credits & Earnings. Copy it as shown rather than replacing it with a personal message. Follow the payment instructions shown on that page.
Wallets and address types provide different privacy controls. Review your wallet's documentation to understand what it reveals and what the recipient can read. Keep your wallet keys and recovery phrase private.
To receive direct support, add an address for a wallet you control in your profile settings. You do not need to hand Free2Z your wallet keys.
