Keep your account safe

Use a strong password and store it securely. An email is optional at signup and gives you an email recovery option. Keep your recovery details private and check the address before entering your password.

Choose what you publish

Your profile, public pages, and public uploads can be seen by others. Preview them before sharing. Do not publish identity documents, wallet keys, or payment evidence as media; follow verification and support instructions for those documents.

Understand wallet privacy

Direct Zcash support uses your wallet's address and privacy controls. Buying 2Zs is a separate payment to the company, and creator earnings use a separate shielded Zcash payment process. Read the Zcash guide before sending.

Know the limits
