I am a Spiritual Leader of groups whose members believe in neither Spirits nor Leaders.

Those aren't general rules for group membership, which also usually aren't believed in. They're just my impressions.

My intention is to provide expressions of my impressions here.

My belief is that beliefs aren't separable from actions, and that correct actions are the result not of reason alone, but also of diligent practice.

I believe that participation in economies of coercion is not correct action. Because action and belief co-arise, action which is not correct gives rise to belief which is not correct.
