Creator Payments
2Z Inc. owes creator earnings in USD for qualifying services under the creator agreement. Payments are made in shielded Zcash to your authorized address. Your 2Z credit balance cannot be cashed out.
Requesting payment
Open Credits & Earnings, review the available USD balance, and request an amount using your own shielded Zcash address. Verification, tax information, address authority, and applicable sanctions checks must be reviewed before payment.
If you cannot access your account, contact help@free2z.com for assistance. Your identity and authority must be verified before support can act on a payment instruction. Never send wallet recovery phrases or spending keys.
Conversion and fees
Under the payment method you accept, 2Z converts your requested USD amount to Zcash at an external market rate obtained no more than five minutes before signing. There is no company exchange-rate spread on creator payments. 2Z covers network fees and upward rounding, including for small payments; rounding does not reduce the USD amount paid.
Your receipt records the conversion rate, quote time, Zcash amount, and USD amount settled. Earnings remain owed until payment is confirmed. If a send has an uncertain outcome, use the original request to check its status. It must be reconciled before another send.
Timing and questions
The ordinary contractual due date is 30 calendar days after verified settlement, subject to lawful holds. Our review target is seven calendar days after required identity, tax, and address information is complete. This is an operational target, not a guaranteed payment date or a reason to cancel earnings.
A payment requiring withholding needs additional review. The amount remains owed while that is resolved. Ending participation, suspending an account, or a temporary payment-service interruption does not erase a legally owed payment or require a new future-service agreement to collect it.
For a missing payment or another claim, contact help@free2z.com with your account and relevant purchase, service, or payment references. Your rights under applicable agreements and law remain protected.
