Greetings to all!
On behalf of my mum and my siblings, we send many blessings to all of you who have supported us.
Today I want to share with you some new news about my mum's case, and the donations received so far.
If you are reading this for the first time, you can read the initial campaign of this cancer campaign we have started. Thank you for your support!
First, the donations received
They have been a great blessing! And they have helped us to buy my mum's first dose of chemotherapy. We bought them from a foundation, where the prices are a bit cheaper.
Unlike in 2022, when my mum was prescribed 12 sessions of chemotherapy and 12 of radiotherapy, this time they have only prescribed 4 sessions of chemotherapy.
The doctors have told us that this new tumour is smaller than the one in 2022, and according to the tests, it is not as aggressive as the other one. Therefore, the doses and the composition of the treatment will be different.
Yes, after the 4 chemo sessions my mum will have to have surgery to remove the breast, but right now we are concentrating on her rest, her diet, and being able to raise the money to pay for all the chemo.
With the money donated so far we have been able to buy the first dose of chemotherapy, but we still have 3 more to go! Thank you for supporting us and for continuing to spread the word about this campaign.
This is what we have received so far:
This is the budget for the chemotherapy medicines:
In a future update I will be sharing with you the costs of the supplies for my mum's surgery. We are already finding out everything so that as soon as the chemo is over, we can start the surgery phase.
My mum is feeling quite well, in fact, today April 15th is her 45th birthday, she feels good, happy, optimistic and confident in God. Although she doesn't know much about Zcash and cryptocurrencies, she thanks everyone for their genuine and selfless support, and sends her blessings.
On my part, surprised and very grateful for the receptiveness towards my mother, I can only thank you for your valuable support. It is a true blessing for me and my siblings to be celebrating one more year of my mum's life, together, as a family. Thanks to you!
See you in a future update.
Blessings.
