Matthew, also known as GGuy, is a software engineer with over 17 years of professional experience in the field. He has a strong background in security, having worked on a C++ implementation of the SSL and TLS protocols. In addition to his technical expertise, GGuy has also participated in the Zcash ecosystem by advocating for change and driving adoption and awareness of the cryptocurrency. He believes that the Zcash Community Grant (ZCG) should support and encourage more teams and ideas that have a long-term impact within the Zcash ecosystem, and has experience working in review committees and as an applicant to such committees. GGuy is committed to making ZCG more effective and ensuring that it fosters a vibrant ecosystem that can support the growth and development of Zcash.
