The wallet seed phrase, also known as the recovery seed or backup key, is a list of 24 words that contains all the information needed to recover your Zcash wallet.
In essence, it is the equivalent of a username and password to access your cryptocurrency. It is used to generate the private keys and with these, the public keys and addresses of a wallet.
In the basic mode of Zingo, we will show you the seed phrase right at the moment you receive your first funds, it is exactly at this moment that the created wallet becomes important to you and that is why you should copy and save the seed phrase very well.
If you want to copy and save the seed phrase before receiving your first funds, go to Advanced Mode in Settings and tap Wallet Seed in the main menu.
The importance of the seed phrase is enormous. It is the only way to recover your wallet and access your funds if you lose your device, forget your password, or otherwise corrupt your wallet.
Recommendations for safe storage of the seed phrase
Never store it digitally: Avoid storing it on your computer, cell phone, email, or other digital media that may be vulnerable to cyber attacks.
Keep multiple copies: If you lose your only copy of the seed phrase, you will lose access to your funds. Therefore, it is a good idea to have multiple copies and store them in separate, secure locations.
Do not share them with anyone: Remember that no one but you should have access to your seed phrase. You should never share it with anyone, even if they claim to be from the support team.
Write it correctly: Make sure the phrase is spelled correctly (word order is also important) and store it in a place where it will not be damaged (water, fire, direct sunlight, etc.).
Consider storing it in a durable material: It may be useful to engrave the phrase on various types of resistant materials to protect it from damage.

To see the wallet's birthday height, go to Wallet > Wallet Seed. Without the seed phrase and the birthday, it is impossible to recover your wallet.
