Caleb Downs is regarded as the top High School Football prospect in the state of Georgia for 2023. He is officially visiting the University of Georgia (UGA)!
This is a fund for UGA fans to give Caleb a little walking-around money for food and gas and such while he is at UGA. This fundraiser is not affiliated with UGA - it's just a fan thing.
If Caleb elects to go to UGA, the funds raised here will be transferred to him. If he elects to go elsewhere, the funds raised will be disbursed to funded creators here on Free2z.
