For those who don't know me yet, I'm Robmar Narváez. Active member and collaborator of the Zcash community in Spanish, Free2Z, ZingoLabs and recently ZF A/V Club (Audiovisual Club) and Zcash in general, you can see part of my contributions on Twitter, and several Zcash spaces.
I am an audiovisual editor, graphic designer, photographer, adventurer and technology lover.
And I would like to ask for your input to put a global idea into action.
Here is a sample of what I want to do:
Description of the application:
On the eve of the annual Zcash Zcon4 conference and being this my first Zcon, and not being able to be present in Barcelona, like many interested people I have the proposal to make an online broadcast of the event and make a real-time translation for Latinos, as well as having direct sources on the site to share their broadcasts and to publish them on various platforms of the ecosystem.
The requested contribution will be used to purchase equipment and tools necessary to be able to broadcast the events framed in the annual Zcash Zcon4 Zcash Conference for people interested worldwide in knowing about this event and cannot be present at the same.
In order to develop this strategy it is required to have technological equipment and tools such as a graphic processing video card according to the parameters for a streaming, a streaming video console that allows connecting several remote video sources, and the necessary accessories (cables and monitoring) with which you can make a quality retransmission for viewers in the various platforms that are available for it, several of them belong to the Zcash ecosystem, and increase during the days of the conference my internet speed so that the transmission is as smooth as possible without inconveniences.
My proposal is:
The Zcash community today more than ever is committed to the adoption of the project and therefore the dissemination of information regarding it, and today privacy is a very important point since the vulnerability of personal financial information is a point that many people take lightly and mostly out of ignorance. The members of the community who know the project and for whatever reason can not personally attend the Zcon 4 want to be aware of the things that happen there, and even more, those from Latin America who have difficulties and limits with respect to language.
My proposal is: to take transmissions of the event from all possible sources (ZF Audio/VIsual Club, Zcast, live broadcasts of ambassadors, lives of participants previously contacted, and make simultaneous translation into Spanish on a shared screen and with translation tools, and commentators from the Zcash community in Spanish or any other community and with the help of OBS studio software make screens and compositions to present on other platforms (such as Free2Z) the events of the Zcon4. And be in permanent connection with the participants of the audiovisual club to make live presentations of personalities, participants and general public to bring details via internet to those who can not be present.
Human team:
So far I have that request that I can make from my equipment with the technical elements that so far I have, but I lack more video processing and a tool to do the mixing of the sources taken from the internet, because if it is done from the software the resource consumption is much higher and the transmission can be affected by the amount of sources taken to make the necessary scenes (in OBS).
I request to buy:
- A graphics processing video card model RTX 4070 TI. This precise model because it is the one that has more compatibility with the rest of the configuration of my pc and is the one that presents less effect "bottleneck" in the processing.
- RAM memory to increase the capacity of my computer and work optimally in the broadcast and in the designs and editions.
- ATEM Mini Pro Console Mixer with 4 HDMI inputs, streaming engine, USB output that allows to detect it as a webcam, audio mixing by independent channels, transitions, compositions and memory for still images that can be used in titles, or designs based on the graphic line of Zcash and Zcon4.

With what I have contributed so far, I have already ordered the RAM memory and I am in talks with the internet service provider to increase my connection speed during the Zcon4.

This console is a broadcast manager, with it we will have the possibility to use different sources for the retransmission and be able to switch between them to have a variety of sources live and direct from Barcelona for all of you with exclusive material and with the use of different platforms.
I am confident in the community that we will reach the final goal, and thus begin the adjustments for the broadcast of the annual Zcash conference.
Zcashers, it's not long now.... Let's not lose heart and let's keep spreading the campaign!!!
