Manifesto in Defense of Life and Against Abortion
I, a defender of life and human dignity, raise my voice in this manifesto to reaffirm the sacredness and inalienable value of every human being from the moment of conception until natural death. I vehemently condemn any form of violence against the most vulnerable and firmly oppose abortion, recognizing it as an act that violates the fundamental right to life.
Human life is a precious gift, and it is my duty to protect and promote it in all its stages and circumstances. I believe that defending life is not just a matter of moral belief but an ethical and legal imperative that must be ensured by society and the state.
Abortion, besides ending a developing life, entails a series of negative consequences for women, families, and society as a whole. It is a simplistic solution to complex problems, ignoring alternatives that respect the dignity of all involved.
I advocate for society to provide comprehensive support to women in unexpected or unwanted pregnancies, providing access to information, medical care, psychological support, social assistance, and all necessary conditions for them to make free and informed choices without resorting to abortion as the only option.
I reject the culture of disposability that devalues human life and promotes the idea that some lives are less worthy of being lived than others. Every human being, regardless of their circumstances, has the right to life, dignity, and respect.
I understand that issues related to pregnancy, motherhood, and fatherhood are complex and multifaceted, requiring humanized, respectful, and inclusive approaches. Defending life is not limited to the abortion debate but encompasses public policies that guarantee dignified living conditions for all people, from healthcare to access to education, employment, and housing.
I urge governmental authorities, social institutions, religious organizations, healthcare professionals, and society as a whole to unite in defense of life, adopting concrete measures to prevent abortion, protect pregnant individuals, and create a welcoming and supportive environment for all children, regardless of their origin or condition.
By defending life, I reaffirm my belief in the human capacity to overcome challenges, promote justice, and build a world where every person is valued, loved, and protected from the moment of conception until their last breath.
