Hello, Zcashers!
It's a pleasure for me to be in touch again with people from all over the world, with this huge Zcash community, so active and diverse.
Since, thanks to you, I have my new working tool (remember my campaign?), I have dedicated myself little by little to collaborate with the Zcash community in my country, Venezuela, but also with the Free2z project and some of you via Twitter, in English.
It is really a pleasure for me to be able to share with others, to meet people from other cultures and latitudes, but also to help as they helped me.
By virtue of this, for weeks I have had in mind an idea, a proposal, that I came up with and I know that with your help, we will make it possible.
It occurred to me that there should be an official Zcash page in Spanish, just as there is the official Zcash page, obviously in English, and there is also the Zcash Russia page... I started to think: why is there no page in our language, in Spanish? 🤔
The reasons why it doesn't exist may be very diverse (I don't know them), and that's fine, it doesn't matter. What does matter is that it can be a reality and mark an important milestone in the Zcash project!
Why?
Because of these facts. See:
Spanish is the 4th most spoken language in the world. If we take India and China out of the list (for obvious reasons), Spanish is immediately behind English.
And if we investigate about the use of Spanish on the Internet, we have these data (from Wikipedia, they are approximate):

Spanish is the 3rd most used language on the Internet. 3rd! 🤯🤯🤯 Even ahead of languages like Russian, Arabic or Portuguese.
And Zcash doesn't have a Spanish page?
We can change that!
What is my proposal?
To design (me, with my team) a modern, responsive, updated website, with lots of information for that huge potential community of Spanish-speaking Zcashers, more than 500 million in the whole planet! 500 million opportunities for people to adopt Zcash in their daily lives and understand, in their language, the power of Zcash and financial privacy.
On that website we could have: blog, podcast, videos, interviews, news, events, trainings, sponsors, in short, a lot of things that would enrich the Zcash ecosystem and bring the project closer to these people.
The scope of this is lost sight of. It is, undoubtedly, global.
What is my request?
To raise the funds to purchase the hosting and domain for that website, as well as licenses for WordPress plugins and themes for its design.
The required expenses would be as follows:
Hosting: $100
Domain: $20
Astra theme license: $50
Elementor Pro plugin license: $50
Website design and development: $0
TOTAL AMOUNT: $220
I will not charge a penny for the design. This is my contribution and that of my team to give back a little of what I have received from you so far.
Aura Brito, who is my business partner, and I will be directly involved in the development and design of the website. We both have over a decade as web designers, bloggers and content generators, and will be able to do work that is in line with Zcash's high quality standards.
Of course, I would like to have the supervision and/or guidance of @Yoditar, who is the official ambassador of the Zcash community in Spanish, and who will give us some details about the branding of the website.
I would like to have this money as soon as possible! As soon as this amount is raised, we will start working on this design, which should not take more than 4 weeks to be ready. Then we will open a call for collaborators to generate content in Spanish for the site, but I will let you know those details in another zPage.
I will be informing you through this channel how the fundraising is progressing, and as soon as we reach the goal (which I know I will count on all of you) the 4 weeks for the design and final delivery will begin to count.

¡Hola, Zcashers!
Para mí es un gusto nuevamente estar en contacto con gente de todas partes del globo, con esta inmensa comunidad Zcash tan activa y diversa.
Desde que, gracias a ustedes, tengo mi nueva herramienta de trabajo (¿recuerdan mi campaña?), me he dedicado poco a poco a colaborar con la comunidad de Zcash de mi país, Venezuela, pero también con el proyecto Free2z y algunos de ustedes vía Twitter, en inglés.
De verdad que es un placer para mí poder compartir con otros, conocer gente de otras culturas y latitudes, pero también ayudar como a mí me ayudaron.
En virtud de esto, desde hace semanas tengo en mente una idea, una propuesta, que se me ocurrió y sé que con la ayuda de ustedes, vamos a hacerlo posible.
Se me ocurrió que exista una página oficial de Zcash en español, así como existe la página oficial de Zcash, obviamente en inglés, y también existe la página de Zcash Rusia… me puse a pensar: ¿por qué no existe una página en nuestro idioma, en español? 🤔
Las razones del por qué no existe pueden ser muy diversas (las desconozco), y eso está bien. No importa. ¡Lo que sí importa es que puede ser una realidad y marcar un hito importante dentro del proyecto Zcash!
¿Por qué?
Por estos datos. Vean:
El español es el 4to idioma más hablado del mundo. Si sacamos a la India y a China de la lista (por obvias razones), el español está inmediatamente por detrás del inglés.
Y si investigamos acerca del uso del español en Internet, tenemos estos datos (de Wikipedia, son aproximados):
El español es el 3er idioma más usado en Internet. ¡El 3er! 🤯🤯🤯 Incluso por delante de idiomas como el ruso, el árabe o el portugués.
¿Y Zcash no tiene página en español?
¡Eso podemos cambiarlo!
¿Cuál es mi propuesta?
Diseñar (yo, con mi equipo de trabajo) un sitio web moderno, responsive, actualizado, con mucha información para esa inmensa comunidad potencial de Zcashers de habla hispana. ¡Más de 500 millones en todo el planeta! 500 millones de oportunidades de personas que adopten Zcash en su vida diaria y entiendan, en su idioma, el poder de Zcash y la privacidad financiera.
En ese sitio web podremos tener: blog, podcast, videos, entrevistas, noticias, eventos, capacitaciones, sponsors, en fin, un montón de cosas que enriquecerían el ecosistema de Zcash y acercaría más el proyecto a estas personas.
El alcance de esto se pierde de vista. Es, indudablemente, global.
¿Cuál es mi solicitud?
Recaudar los fondos para adquirir el hosting y el dominio de ese sitio web, así como las licencias de los plugins y temas de WordPress para su diseño.
Los gastos requeridos quedarían así:
Hosting: $100

No voy a cobrar ni un centavo por el diseño. Este es mi aporte y el de mi equipo para retribuir un poco lo que hasta ahora he recibido de ustedes.
En el desarrollo y diseño del sitio web estaremos directamente involucrados Aura Brito, quien es mi socia de negocios, y yo. Ambos tenemos más de una década como diseñadores web, blogueros y generadores de contenido, y podremos hacer un trabajo que esté acorde con los altos standares de calidad de Zcash.
Por supuesto, me gustaría contar con la supervisión y/o guiatura de @Yoditar, quien es el embajador oficial de la comunidad Zcash en Español, y quien nos indicará algunos detalles de branding del sitio web.
¡Me gustaría contar con este dinero cuanto antes! Apenas se recaude esta cantidad, nos pondremos a trabajar en este diseño, que no debe tardarse más de 4 semanas en estar listo. Luego abriremos convocatoria de colaboradores para generar contenido en español para el sitio, pero esos detalles se los haré saber en otra zPage.
Les estaré informando por esta vía cómo marcha la recaudación, y apenas logremos la meta (que sé que contaré con todos ustedes) comenzarán a contar las 4 semanas para el diseño y entrega final.
