With so much news in the Zcash space and so many topics to cover, it seems like a good idea to publish a primer about Paul and his efforts so we might dive right in. Here's a primer on Paul's background and what he has been working on.
For starters, Paul is a US Army veteran, a member of the faculty of Georgetown University, and a member of The Federalist Society.
ECC: Head of U.S. Policy and Strategic Advocacy
Paul Brigner holds the position of Head of U.S. Policy and Strategic Advocacy at the Electric Coin Company (ECC). In this role, he has been actively involved in a range of activities aimed at promoting and safeguarding the interests of Zcash, a privacy-focused cryptocurrency.
One of Paul's notable contributions includes his involvement in the Zcash community's discussions and efforts around regulatory issues and governance.
