How to get support regarding non credited 2Zs purchase

Hello, I would like to know where I can message the website owner for support. I've checked menu and help but couldn't find an appropriate method.

As I've posted earlier I've had issue with buying 2Zs and I've still not received the promised 900 2Zs for exchange for my 0.5 Zcash.

I've been provided by the following URL:

However it wasn't supported by my wallet so I sent to the following address omitting the zcash: prefix and other additional information:

I've entered the memo in my Nighthawk wallet memo field.
