The former Binance boss used his official account to announce that Giggle Academy, a global free education project, is launching and that he needs people to work on it. Changpeng Zhao, well-known in the crypto ecosystem for his diligence and excellence in conducting projects, is now investing in providing free education to people all over the planet.
There isn't much information about Giggle Academy, but he left some clues in his tweet indicating that it will be gamified and adaptive. According to the test, it will offer free basic education (from grades 1-12) to all, meaning that even people who dropped out of school and want to continue can apply to participate.
Of course, the community familiar with Changpeng Zhao "CZ" is excited to see what the project can bring to the world, and there are also some (mostly scammers) who will use the name Giggle Academy to lure people. However, this is not a crypto-based project, and since CZ signed some terms when stepping down as Binance CEO, he can no longer conduct crypto projects.
Changpeng Zhao is still awaiting his sentence in the U.S. after pleading guilty to crimes associated with Binance and paying huge fines linked to the case. Binance will also pay a billionaire fine of $4.3 billion to the authorities as part of the fines, but CZ, if condemned, could face significant jail time.
