While I was browsing X today, a really good topic "jumped" into my head after I read that the rate of birth is alarming, and in many places of the world, there are practically no people making babies. People are collapsing, and this is an existential crisis.

People use all kinds of excuses to not make babies, from:

  • lack of financial stability,

  • issues with world instability,

  • difficulty in housing, and many more troubles affecting the world.

But are all those issues what are causing the birth rate to decline, or are there more? I believe, in my way of seeing things, that people are just afraid to expose themselves to a situation that they can't control. A human birth is something beautiful, but people will tell stories to not have kids.

Women today are more feminist than ever and give more value to their opinions than to procreating and having babies. Some will say that a "baby will transform their body and make them look old"; others will use the excuse "I haven't yet found my right partner," while others will just opt out and not get involved with men at all, preferring to be with a woman and become lesbians.

Okay, some are born this way, but lately, some women just choose this path, as for them, many men aren't available—being gay. So how can the world have more birth cases if the people who are responsible for that are busy getting involved with the same sex? The other part is the one I already mentioned, who are always making excuses to not have babies. The others are busy being gay or lesbian, so now, which part can effectively produce kids?

Using my example, when I had my first kid, I was still in school, and I managed to finish it while also raising my daughter. Was it hard? Yes, but I didn't give up and married my wife years later. I did everything to make this happen, and today we have four kids. Of course, it's expensive to raise children, but that shouldn't be a problem or excuse to have them.

This issue is a problem that, if we as people don't take seriously, in a few years, the birth rate will go even further down, wiping the world population by half. In the most populated countries like China, millions of people have been reduced from their total number. For each person born, more than two are dying. This is bad, as these are the known numbers—but imagine the stats that aren't shown?

The population is getting old, dying, and not getting a positive number to substitute them. The world workforce is collapsing. Entire countries are seeing their people reduced rapidly. This can be seen, for example, in nations where most of their people migrate to other parts, while the ones staying aren't enough to cover the number that departed.

The collapsing birth rate is a problem for all, and even those who choose to get along with people of the same sex—in the future they will want to adopt kids, but where are they going to find them if no one is making babies? Humans are the ones who, for now, can produce babies.

Another thing that I was forgetting to note is that other factors contribute hugely to people not having babies:

  • People aren't getting married now, and when they do, they don't last and are afraid to put kids into the world as they take their wedding as a "test drive."

  • Many men are nowadays afraid to get involved and prefer online "self-stimulation," like watching OnlyFans superficial girls, and don't socialize or find real women to get into a relationship and build a family.

These factors and many more are rapidly reducing births, and people are dying faster than they can be substituted. Pay attention, the birth rate is alarming, and something should be done, or else the world population will decline by more than half in a few years, leaving the planet with serious problems.

Now, what’s your opinion on this? What suggestions do you have to overturn this? Let’s discuss this topic in the comments.
