It's a controversial law and very detrimental to payments using anonymous cryptocurrencies throughout Europe; they still try to disguise the law, but there's nothing good that comes from it. It's a blatant assault on the private right of the user to use money as they please, but who am I to judge, and they've already decided anyway.
