The world has experienced and continues to live through a nightmare due to COVID-19. Just as when the pandemic first emerged, there was a failure by authorities to adequately inform citizens, leading to increased deaths due to misinformation.
With the bird flu pandemic, the world should be more prepared and inform people promptly to minimize the damage caused by the disease. This is a pandemic to take very seriously because it has already spread to humans and is silently infecting populations globally. Cases of bird flu have been diagnosed in the United States and Mexico, and more countries need to be alerted.
