🏛️ | DAO Proposals & Governance
The meeting began with a review of several DAO proposals, including updates on Zcash Ukraine and the development of ZEC Bounties. Tron was welcomed to the ZecHub DAO, and new processes for proposal submissions were discussed.
A new proposal for a DAO member from Zcash Korea was introduced, highlighting the importance of technical expertise and community engagement. The community is encouraged to invite new members, especially from outside the Zcash ecosystem, to diversify perspectives.
📚 | Wiki & Community Resources
Major updates were made to the ZecHub Wiki, including improved navigation, YouTube video embeds, and fixes for locale issues.
Contributor pages and bounty structures were refreshed, making it easier for contributors to track and earn rewards.
The ecosystem section now features direct access to Arborist Calls and Zcon archives.
🎓 | Educational Content & Outreach
On the educational front, new materials were released, including newsletters, Arborist Call summaries, and coverage of the Zcash 9th anniversary event.
The ZKP Wiki page was updated, and a workshop on Zkool and Frost was held to explore new ways of managing donation funds.
🧠 | Technical & Community Projects
Technical and community projects are progressing well. Work continues on “My First Zcash v2,” with a focus on private voting and enhanced community participation.
The team is supporting the Penumbra community, with plans for a “Penumbra 2.0” reboot and ongoing collaboration. Crosslink workshop participants will soon receive special NFT badges.
🌍 | Regional & Global Initiatives
Regional and global initiatives were also discussed. Updates on light wallet servers in Brazil, Espanol, and Ghana were shared, with ongoing support for local workshops and infrastructure.
Proposals for Zcash Arabia were discussed, with an emphasis on increasing engagement and visibility in the region.
🎨 | Design & Media
The design channel is buzzing with new posters, infographics, and contributions from new community members.
ZecHub’s Instagram presence is being revived, with a new content strategy and budget to boost outreach and engagement.

Finally, a draft for the ZecHub 2026 proposal will be open for feedback from DAO members. Community members are invited to help moderate the Discord and participate in upcoming projects.
