zcash-devtool (available from https://github.com/zcash/zcash-devtool) is a command-line interface for Zcash, including tools for investigating transactions as well as an embedded light client wallet. It is intended to be easily modified by developers who are working on and testing code in the Zcash ecosystem. This presentation will walk through the design and functionality of the tool, and discuss how you can modify it to suit your own development needs.
