We will create a 6- to 8-minute video episode of Zcash Zeitgeist, telling a new story in the city of Zcash.

Ryan will organize and lead the project via ZF A/V Club channels and will provide support and resources such as a Discord channel, collaboration tools/platforms, file sharing, software, creative support, etc.
Grant funds will be distributed fairly among contributors, as ZEC. *Details need to be figured out.
Club organizers are excluded from payment.
Funded contributions could include anything such as story, audio, video, promotion, translation, whatever.
ZCAP voters can opt-out of payment in order to contribute to the project.
