Timeboxed Zero Knowledge Voting Framework.
A quality improvement for news and other publications through payed voting and daily jackpot pools collected by the daily payed votes + quality fee payed with the news sites revenue streams. Ratings on the newly uploaded content will not be revealed till a certain point of time to reduce the chances of the audience being influenced or the results being tampered with.
Fee must be community governed through a DAO. Payouts (winnings) distributed randomly to 7% of the top 21% of all voters during that day. Top 21% measured through different indicators like reading time, voting regularity, general activity, status (reader, active publisher etc.)
In the case of news with high public interest, parts of the rewards can also remain in a contract/pool for a longer period of time. 1month 6month 1year.. Depending on the category.
