This title sounds kind of weird, but if you don't know me yet, you probably have no idea what I've been doing for several years, but don't worry, I'll tell you all about it!

About 10 years ago I decided to quit my regular job due to a health problem and I jumped into the world of digital entrepreneurship. At the end of 2012 I had no idea where to start and before you ask me, I was really scared.

I'm not going to lie by saying that my life plan was to become a digital entrepreneur because I was feeling pretty good in the comfort zone I was in but, the truth is, we never know when life is going to take a turn.

To make a long story short, I had an accident at work and that, coupled with the high levels of stress I was under, affected my health and that's when I made the decision not to return to the company to meet schedules and deal with things that were hurting me.

And so the adventure began...

As I told you, initially I did not have a plan. I didn't see the big picture, but I still knew that all my years of work had prepared me to do something with those tools.

Initially, I had to evaluate what I knew how to do well and one of those things was precisely writing. That's how my first blog was born.

Later came the opportunity to become a Community Manager and from there on, my preparation to understand how I could gather people around the same purpose and thus finally become a Community Builder.

It was not an easy path but it was not impossible either. Today, when more than 10 years have passed since that moment, I can look back full of satisfaction because many people supported my path, taught me and are the motivation for my current work to make all the sense in the world.

And why am I telling you all this?

Because thanks to what I learned in the digital world I became a reference.

I have been in conferences, radio interviews, I built diverse communities, I presented at events of all kinds and that was what one day led me to determine that although many times I had seen incredible women doing the same or similar things, there was no space where they could converge, share, learn and empower themselves...

That day Emprendedoras Digitales de Venezuela was born.

Since 2018 I lead a community of women entrepreneurs in my country that is not only a space full of motivation and sorority, but also a means to digitally empower women around the world.

In these four years, from my community we have provided digital training to more than 24,000 women not only in Venezuela, but in many other countries through the various activities that we have planned and that are mostly free, which makes it accessible information to thousands of women entrepreneurs or in the process of entrepreneurship who wish to digitize all or part of their businesses.

In Emprendedoras Digitales de Venezuela we have different training and information spaces.

We have the Tertulias Emprendedoras that are face-to-face events that we do in different locations. Also the Tertulias Digitales which are an online training format that we carry out on platforms such as Telegram or Youtube.

We also have a weekly live event in which we invite professionals and members of our community to talk about digital issues, entrepreneurship or business or simply to share their experiences as digital business owners.

A recent podcast with interesting information, a Book Club for women, Newsletter, Telegram community, a collaborative blog and stop counting.

As you can see, almost five years have helped me to understand that women can be excellent entrepreneurs and business owners as long as we have something that is fundamental: training and support, two of the main factors within Emprendedoras Digitales de Venezuela.

Every story has two parts...

Without a doubt, I always say that EDVE is one of my favorite communities.

It has allowed me to give and receive so much that one of my plans is precisely to keep us active over time to continue positively impacting the women of the world, but in my country sometimes this is uphill.

Basically I say this because in Venezuela the economy is not stable at all and obtaining resources is more complex, however I have always believed that when we work honestly, focused and above all in community, we can achieve a lot.

Today I want to make you part of those of us who continue to impact the world in a positive way and I invite you to help me to continue working for more and more women who need digital training.

And how can we continue to do all the work? With investment!

As I told you before, EDVE is a community that mostly offers free activities and events for its participants, but it is no secret that even the simplest staging requires a logistics that requires costs and that money does not always come out of the services we provide, since there are not so many contracts that we have.

So thinking about this, I came up with the idea of implementing a new line of business that is completely in line with what we teach our entrepreneurs: organization and planning within their businesses.

And this is where I require the support and intervention of all of you...

For some time now I have been handling the idea of having creative stationery and merch with purpose within the communities in which I live.

Basically, my idea is to create a line of journals, planners, notebooks, calendars, shirts, mugs, etc, that we can sell from our website and that will allow us to raise money to continue doing the free activities we do within the community.

Basically these products would have a double impact:

  • On the one hand, my entrepreneurs and people from other communities will be able to have useful items to be able to run their businesses in an optimal way.

  • On the other hand, my community will have resources to be distributed in the different areas we serve in order to provide more and better spaces and events.

Another very important thing, how does the Zcash community benefit from all this?

As I said, my purpose is not only to impact the Venezuelan Digital Entrepreneur community, but to make this impact a chain of benefits for many other communities, specifically the Zcash community.

Since I have been involved in Zcash I have seen how many of the events require POP material, and I have also noticed that not many suppliers offer what I am going to offer.

So one of my lines within this project will be focused on the Zcashers Community, so they can acquire at preferential prices all that merchandise that I know they love, and that includes things like: journals, notebooks, mugs, t-shirts and much more.

For this I leave you a sample of the first ideas I have and that of course, will be 100% customizable and adapted to the needs of the event or the Zcasher.

So what do I need to get started?

The business of diaries, creative stationery and POP material is quite broad, however, after much research over the past 3 months, I have determined that there are a few things I need to get started and I will mention them below:

  • Continuous inkjet printer
  • Sublimation printer
  • Black and white laser printer
  • Cinch punch
  • Laminator
  • Cutter
  • Cup Sublimator
  • Shirts Sublimator
  • Supplies (Bond paper, cardboard, cardboard, foil paper, springs, rubber bands, sublimation cups, printing inks, sublimation inks, scissors, cutters, hole punches, among others).

All this adds up to 4000 US$ and my intention is that through this fundraising campaign you can make your donations and thus help me to create this new line of business with purpose for our communities.

To verify that I am a real person and that my campaign is totally honest, you can check my website and my Twitter and Instagram accounts.

Here on Free2z, I will share updates on the progress of this campaign, how much I have raised and if we are getting closer to the goal.

I believe we can make it with everyone's support, we'll make it happen!
