I'm very proud to say that Zcash Brasil is approaching 3 years of supporting Zcash. Today I stopped to think about what we have already built along this journey. Our community has a bit of a small town vibe, we talk to each other as if we knew everyone personally, the vast majority of whom we have never met and may never meet. Our team has heated discussions but we respect each other, we have become family. We are together on calls every day, sometimes each doing their own work but always talking to each other and that is how ideas and brainstorms emerge, sometimes so nonsensical that they make your stomach hurt from laughing so much.
We met a lot of people from various projects at events, some of whom are our friends today. When we meet again, they already associate us with Zcash technology, they remember Zcash when they see us. Some of these friends change projects and so we are introduced to another group of people who will also remember Zcash when they meet us. We know the value of this work, what we do is not only community growth, adoption and education actions, but also building a legacy for future Zcashers.
We are proof that it's not all about money, it's about recognizing yourself in a niche.
