Salaries that barely cover basic needs, working hours that compromise our physical and mental health, and precarious infrastructure that makes our work difficult.

Better working conditions: Adequate equipment, decent infrastructure and access to continuing training are essential for us to carry out our work efficiently and safely.
Investment in training: The Police need quality training to stay up to date with new techniques and technologies to combat crime.
Recognition of the profession: The Brazilian Police deserves to be recognized for its importance to society.
Only together can we build a strong and professional police force, capable of guaranteeing the safety of all Brazilians.
