Around the beginning of June (a week ago at the time of this post) the facility where I worked for over seven years was shut down and the job position I held there terminated along with it. So too were the other few facilities held by the company and their occupying employess also terminated, a very unpleasant day. Long story short I have no income currently🤘.
The long story, however, is that I don't want to go back to that menial day-labor crap. It was a good schedule there but I have a fair amount of technical proficiency, my time is worth more than that waste and so I want to get some certifications so I can get a good paying job and actually advance in my life. The problem is that realistically this will take a little bit of time. The courses are slated as '300 hours' each (maybe you know the ones?) though I really don't think they'll take that long.
But bills and hungry mouths just don't stop so, while I'm confident that this little rough patch will turn out be a blessing in disguise, anything would really help out here until I get re-hired somewhere at which I will express my deepest gratitude and further tell you to stop! ☺ Thank you, thank you, thank you and God bless!
