In the month of May I started a fundraising campaign for what would become a kind of series within the superhero genre, but merged with the world of cryptocurrencies, especially with Zcash.
I called this series 'Zcash Crusader: Rise Of Zec' and from the very first moment, to my biggest and pleasant surprise, it was very well received within the community, both Hispanic and in other latitudes.
I have been able to publish 4 chapters, which judging by the comments of those who have followed it, have been very interesting and have caught the attention of many.
Main objective of the campaign
The fundraising aims to raise the necessary funds to be able to acquire working tools that are currently paid and use them for image generation through artificial intelligence, as well as others that offer video generation, all this with the idea of offering animated chapters and as realistic as possible about the series.
Also, due to the good reception of the series, it occurred to me to adapt it to comic format, which also aroused a lot of interest in the community in general, and I have started the first steps to write the script, generate the images for each vignette, create the panels, etc.
This also requires an investment to be able to use professional applications such as Comic Life, which will allow me to generate a quality comic and thus offer a saga of volumes that will end up making lovers of this format fall in love with it.
Part of this collection also is destined to collect and be able to buy a much better computer, since currently I have a very low quality equipment and in not optimal conditions to be able to do a better job.
As we all know, working with audiovisual material requires a higher quality equipment.
Upgrade
In this first month, fortunately I have been able to receive several donations thanks to this fundraising, donations that have allowed me to start paying for some tools in their most basic plans and thus offer better images in each chapter of the series, since at the beginning I started with free tools, but that do not offer a very good quality.
Now, thanks to these first donations, I have been able to get the basic plan of Midjourney to improve the visual quality of this series.
At the moment, the road to the goal continues, every donation, whether symbolic or large, makes each of you a kind of Zcash Crusader sponsor, and I am extremely grateful to all of you who have donated, shared the series and supported me since day 1.
We have not yet reached the goal, but I fervently believe that with everyone's support, with my effort creating each chapter and offering you the best about these characters, we will reach the goal to continue contributing and that the Zcash community will continue to resonate worldwide, not only as a great alternative in the world of cryptocurrencies, but also for the contributions and creativity that each of us offer for everyone.
If you like this project, if you liked the series, if you want the comic to be published with all its volumes, I invite you to read the fundraising campaign, and every contribution counts as a grain of sand for which I will be eternally grateful to you and to the whole community.
The fundraising campaign can also be found on the Zcash community forum.
And if you still don't know who I am or what I do, here is my cover letter and what was my experience in the first days in the community.
Also, stay tuned to my contents, because I have also opened a "section" here in Free2z where I will be sharing reviews of movies, series, music albums, video games, comics and much more... And I'm telling you that a big part of it will be focused on the world of cypherpunk and cyberpunks.
