
Hello Again Cypherpunks. So far so good in keeping with my goal of two posts a month in 2023. In this installment I will delve outside my knowledge base and explore a topic I find to be both interesting and applicable to our digital lives. I want to explore the concept of cell phone "pinging" and get a concept of how its done, what is possible, how it is used by governments and law enforcement, and what if anything can be done about it.
