Eating out in London is great, other than the price. The unfortunate part is the use of seed-oils throughout the city, and finding anywhere that does not use them, other than a traditional Italian that only uses Extra Virgin Olive Oil has proven very difficult. Seed-oils are causing nothing but harm to us as humans.
I am starting a seed-oil free cafe. The plan is to start with a limited menu until people realise how good our food is compared to elsewhere. It will ultimately start as a coffee shop and it will grow into an establishment that serves food cooked in beef tallow, grass-fed butter and extra virgin olive oil for the pastas.
I thought that my passions were in finance or sport, but what I realised most, is that I love food and coffee. I love experimenting with food and flavours. So why not have my own place?
The long term vision is to then open a restaurant that offers a wider variety of food. In between the short term and the long term, to take down as many toxic industries as we can. By sourcing or creating toothpastes, deodorants, sun cream and more.
The vision is this; provide good food that is tasty and truly nutritious, great tasting coffee and overall, a fantastic place to visit for friends and family.
