Zcash and Payment Risks

Zcash payments need care. Check the address, amount, network, and required memo before sending, and protect your wallet's recovery information. A mistaken transfer may be difficult or impossible to recover.

Market prices and confirmation

Zcash's market price can change quickly. Buying 2Z credits uses the rate when Free2Z processes your confirmed payment; the displayed estimate does not reserve a price. Creator payments use the conversion method accepted in your creator agreement. The two transactions have different pricing and fee terms.

A wallet send is not proof that Free2Z has received or credited a purchase. Payments can take time to confirm or require review. If the outcome is uncertain, keep the original reference and check that transaction before sending again.

Creator earnings

You earn only for qualifying completed services under the accepted creator agreement and service terms. Demand, usage, and service earnings can vary; no future income is guaranteed. Amounts already owed remain obligations even if future participation ends.

Identity, tax, address, and sanctions review can delay payment. A required withholding or lawful hold does not cancel the amount owed. Your own tax and other legal duties depend on your circumstances and applicable law.
